F.A.Q.

1- I made my reservation through an agency via internet and I will be staying in the hotel for 3 days, then can I get a free transfer from airport to the hotel?

Unfortunately, free transfer is provided only for the reservations of minimum 3 days made through the hotel's website.

2- How much time does it take to reach the hotel from the airport?

In a regular traffic flow, it takes about 30 minutes from Ataturk Airport to the hotel. During rush hour expect the trip to be about 45 to 60 minutes.
Sabiha Gokcen Airport is on the Asian side, it takes approximately 90 minutes to reach the hotel. In rush hours up to 120 minutes.

3- Is there any way other than taxi to get to the hotel from the Airport?

It is possible to use public transport to reach the hotel from Ataturk Airport. Take the metro from Ataturk Airport, then get off at the ZEYTINBURNU station. Transfer to the tram towards KABATAS. Get off at the GULHANE Station, the hotel is only 50 meters away on your right. From Sabiha Gokcen Airport, we recommend you take a taxi or shuttle Havatas bus going to Taksim Square then funicular and tram or taxi, should cost from 15-20 TL.

4- How much time should I leave to reach the airport from the hotel?

For the international flights, you should be at the airport 2 hours before, and for the domestic flights you should be 1 hour before your flight. You should plan on 45 minutes to reach Ataturk airport to from the hotel, for Sabiha Gokcen Airport you can expect the trip to take at least 90 minutes.

5- If I come by train to Istanbul, is it possible to come to the hotel on foot?

Yes, from the Sirkeci International Train Station the hotel is 5 minutes away on foot. From Haydarpasa train station you can take a ferry to Eminonu then the trap towards Zeytinburnu and get off at Gulhane station.

6- What is the exact check-in and check-out time for the hotel?

The check-in hour for the hotel is 14:00 and the check-out is 12:00. If the rooms are available, it is possible to check-in before that hour.

7- Is there any place in the hotel that we can leave our luggage?

Yes, there is a luggage room that you may leave your luggages before your check-in or after your check-out.

8- Is reservation required for lunch or dinner in the Sirkeci Group Restaurants?

It is advisable that you make a reservation for the Sirkeci Group Restaurants. You may see the details on the brochures inside your room, or ask for the help of Front Desk Staff.
